Turn your phone off/on. Turn location services off/on. Close all other open applications before recording and if you open another app during your activity, navigate back to Strava afterward. Ensure that your phone isn't connected to a WiFi network when you start your activity.

Open your settings from the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Home, Groups, or You tab. On the Android app, select Support. On the iOS app, select Help > Support. Type out your question and tap the arrow icon to submit it.

Ensure the permission to upload activities from Garmin Connect to Strava is enabled before authorizing the connection. Disabling this permission will prevent past and future activity sync. Once activities are wirelessly uploaded to Garmin Connect via Bluetooth, they will appear on Strava a few moments later.
