You can use search to find a profile on Threads by entering a name or username.

While you can't interact without logging in, anyone can access threads.net to view public Threads profiles and posts. To read a specific user's posts, simply add their @ handle to the web address. For example, threads.net/@username. This allows read-only access without requiring an Instagram account.

Threads does not show you who has viewed your profile. People can also not see when you've viewed their profiles. You can only know who has viewed one of your Threads posts if they like, comment, share, or quote your post. You can make your Threads profile private so it's only visible to your followers.
