In your document, highlight the text you want to translate. Select Review > Translate > Translate Selection. Select your language to see the translation.

Each subscription has a free tier. The free tier has the same features and functionalities as the paid plans and doesn't expire.

Translator supports text translation between any of the supported languages and dialects. Additional functionality includes language detection, transliteration, bilingual dictionary, and customization with the Custom Translator.

Microsoft will not share the data with anyone else. Translation requests to your custom models via Translator on Azure are no trace— there will be no record of the submitted text, or portion thereof, in any Microsoft data center.
