Go to the Profile page of the person whose photos you want to see. You can click on their name on your News Feed, find them in the friends list of a friend of yours, or use the Search field at the top of your screen to search their name. Click or tap Photos. This button will be below their cover photo.

Choose the desired image among your Facebook photos and select it. 2. Now the full photo appears in Facebook. Move the mouse over the image, press the right-side mouse button, and then select “Copy image address” from the pop-up menu (displays as “Copy image location” in the Firefox browser).

Open Facebook in any browser and log into your account. Type the keyword or phrase that is linked to the image you are searching for in the search bar. Now select the 'Images' option below the search bar. A list of images related to your keywords or phrases will be shown to you.
